Dycon D152X-Series are 0.5A, 1A & 2AEN-Compliant, switched-mode power supplies which satisfy the requirements of EN50131-1 and PD6662 to Security Grade 2. These Grade 2 units have two voltage free outputs and LEDs are provided to monitor for External Power Supply (EPS) faults and for Auxiliary Power Supply (APS) Faults.
The maximum current available from the ‘Power Output’ terminals depends on the type of power supply and the batteries connected, the D1520 and D1521 versions allow two batteries to be connected whereas the D1522 can have three.
All batteries are monitored for low-voltage, disconnection and load test and, if more than one battery is fitted, they are monitored individually. The batteries and electronics protected against reverse-polarity battery connection by self-resetting electronic fuses and are also protected against deep discharge which will activate if the voltage drops below 10.5Vdc.
Power Supply: Type A; D1520/1/2 Security Grade 2 Environmental Class 2
Voltage Input: 230Vac +10% -15%; 50Hz ± 15%
AC Input Fuse: D1520/1/31-230V, 1A
Output Voltage with AC Power: Maximum 13.7Vdc nominal
Output Ripple: < 50mV peak-to-peak at full rated output
Maximum Output Current at Full Load: D1520-0.5A
Battery Recharge Time: D1520/1/2 < 72 hours
Minimum Standby Output Voltage: 9.6Vdc
Maximum Over-Voltage Cut-Out: 14.4Vdc ±3%

Fire Protection Shop specialise in the supply of high-quality fire extinguishers. There are many different classifications of fire and so our products include a variety of different extinguisher types. For example, we offer water or foam fire extinguishers for solid combustibles and carbon dioxide fire extinguishers for flammable liquid or electrical fires. Each extinguishing agent comes with its benefits. Typically, water extinguishers are cheaper, produce a cooling effect and prevent reignition once the fire has been extinguished. Carbon dioxide extinguishers are clean agents, they leave no residue, are suitable for electrical fires and are often used on liquid fires which include petrol, oil or other solvents.
In addition to our extinguishers, we offer a range of fire safety products to both domestic and commercial premises. This includes the supply of fire blankets, extinguisher stands, smoke alarms, first aid kits and much more. Our entire range is sourced from reputable brand manufacturers at competitive prices. Also, all of our products carry a full warranty and guarantee and are supplied with relevant fixings where applicable.
So, for fire extinguishers, alarms and all your other fire safety needs, trust Fire Protection Shop to give you the quality, expertise and service you require.
