FireShield Double Head Fire Standpipe w/ Optional Check Valve

The FireShield Double Head Fire Standpipe offers a practical and versatile solution for accessing water from underground fire hydrants. Its two outlets allow water to be dispensed through multiple connections, while the supplied blank plug provides the flexibility to use the unit as a single standpipe when required. The lightweight aluminium construction makes it easy to handle and deploy, and the freestanding design allows for quick positioning during use. For additional water-flow control, the optional check valve helps prevent water from running back through the standpipe once it has passed through.

Manufactured from high-quality aluminium, the FireShield Double Head Standpipe combines durability with a lightweight construction that makes it easy to transport, position and deploy. Its freestanding design allows for straightforward installation over a compatible underground hydrant outlet, while the standard 2½-inch BSRT female inlet is designed to connect to the 2½-inch BSRT male outlets commonly found on underground hydrant valves.

The two 2½-inch BSRT outlets feature a double-twist release, providing flexible water access for compatible firefighting equipment.

Supplied with one blank plug, the FireShield Double Head Standpipe can be adapted for use as a single standpipe when only one outlet is required. This provides greater flexibility across different firefighting and water-dispensing applications.

Please Note: The optional check valve stops water running back through the standpipe once it has passed through.
