The FireShield 2Kg Non-Magnetic CO2 Fire Extinguisher is designed for use in environments with high magnetic activity, such as Hospital MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) scanner rooms and NMR's (Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectrometers). They are totally Non-Magnetic and Anti-Static due to the valve and fittings that are used.
They offer protection against electrical fires, such as those involving computers, machinery, live electrical equipment, as well as protection against flammable liquid fires. They are also good for use with welding equipment.
